We are writing to let you know what a great experience we had buying our new F250 from Forrest and your dealership.  We contacted several different dealerships' Internet Sales in New Mexico and Colorado expressing our interest in a new truck.  Of the dealerships we contacted, Forrest was the only sales person who responded immediately, repeatedly, and actually worked to find a truck that suited us.  Forrest searched Ford's online inventory while we were on the phone, emailed us window stickers so that we could review the options on each truck, and then secured the vehicles we shose and had it transported from Arizona.  Forrest was no-nonsense, very responsive, and a pleasure to work with.  We have not received a quistionnaire from Ford yet, but we are more than Completely Satisfied with the service we received and will complet the survey to reflect the great experience we had.  And no, we did not know Forrest prior to this purchase- we do now consider him a trusted friend that we would recommend to others.

Your entire staff with who we had contact was courteous, informative and professional.  They were so helpful bout the local hotels and restaurants when we found we needed to spend the night until our car was repaired the following day ( and our car was repaired and ready for us to continue our trip exactly at the time that was promised). 

If all service departments were as well run as yours with such dedicated and professional and knowledgeable employees, it would make a trip to the repair shop much less stressful.

You are very lucky to have such people-oriented employees on your staff.
